The role
As our Paid Social Performance expert you work with various Grannies across teams. You are deeply curious about trends in Social Media & Pop Culture as well as data-driven methods in Social performance marketing. With your data-driven approach you create insights that directly guide our creative process.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage & own all aspects of Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
  • proactively create high performing ads & campaigns across multiple social channels
  • Guide the teams: drive the creative output with data & insights combined with a deep understanding of paid social campaigns
  • Conception, development and control of cross-channel paid social media campaigns for our clients
  • Constantly test, learn & refine across social platforms, audiences, creative ideas, messaging, etc.
  • Analyze your media buys and associated metrics constantly
  • constantly observe the market and quickly adapt to trends
  • test new channels, formats & functions for us and our clients


Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing & media buying with a focus on Social (Facebook & Instagram; huge plus: TikTok, YouTube)
  • Operational excellence: Good knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager with an understanding of best practices for audience & creative testing, campaign structure and bidding.
  • Deep understanding of Social Media, Entertainment, Brands
  • Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations.
  • Creativity: You love working with creative teams and can guide them
  • Data driven: Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. You know how to plan, set up and complete significant A/B tests with clear applicable results.
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English (German would be a plus).
