The role

As Social Media Analyst you are Granny’s true data expert delivering insights which crucially drive campaign performance, community management, asset ideation, daily operations and long term strategy. You love to learn new things & know innovations in social media measurement models. And you translate data into actionable insights, easy to understand.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze social media data regarding conversations, events, trends & paid social campaign performance
  • Transform raw data sets into contextualized, reliable & accurate reports which are easy to understand
  • Identify relevant metrics & generate valuable insights to provide smart recommendations for Business, daily Operations and long term Strategy
  • Build visually appealing and functional dashboards to visualize data for Granny and our clients 
  • Close collaboration with our strategy team in social media strategy planning
  • implementation sessions

Your profile

  • 2+ years experience in social media analytics, data science or consumer insights function
  • Demonstrated knowledge in social analytics tools
  • proven track record in explaining complex data in an understandable way
  • Passion for using data to solve complex challenges and an insatiable curiosity for the mechanics of social media
  • Experience using social analytics & listening tools (Talkwalker, Storyclash, Socialbakers, etc.) to develop reports that address strategic marketing questions
  • A love for learning new things
  • Experience with analytics tools or related programming languages (Tableau, R, Python, etc.) is a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Google Spreadsheets & Google slides
  • Ability to complete work to deadline and often under pressure
